Modetex M.B. currently imports, licenses and distributes products in three primary categories:

• Niche High End Designer Labels– We search for compelling designs and labels we think will sell well in China and work with the brands to import their higher end fashion wear products produced outside of China while licensing the brand label, producing and distributing the lower end fashion wear products in China. We will assist in opening a limited number of retail outlets or selling to retailers in China, franchising and finding regional distribution partners, franchise and brand management, and brand marketing in China. We are currently working with Italian brand labels in the China market.

• Natural and Organic Beauty Products – As China evolves into ever larger and wealthier consumption based society, mass market beauty and cosmetic products appeal less to the more affluent. We are searching for unique women’s beauty products and cosmetic brands that we can help build into a "lifestyle" brand for the China market. The products should be differentiated in material content by being natural or organic in nature. Before regional distribution and sales to retailers, we will assist market demand analysis and ensure the products are tested and labeled with the appropriate bureaus for distribution in China.
