Modetex M.B. provides both Import, Export, Distribution and Product consulting services on case by case basis. We assist clients who want to import but eventually who will establish or invest in local production but would like to partner with Modetex M.B. before committing to such investments.
We have also worked with clients who don't procure from China on a regular basis but have occasional requirements to source product or material and request we handle customs, logistics and documentation.

We are flexible in discussing payment terms relative to each consulting contract. Payment terms have varied in the past from a percentage of sales, fix fees, retainers to fees per unit.
