Modetex M.B. was established 1999 in Shanghai, China as a fashion clothing & accessories supplier for its clients. From our modest beginnings with several clients, we now supply various products to some of the largest fashion labels, retailers and industries in the world with combined retail value in the tens of millions USD annually. For many of our clients that own fashion brands, we have produced high quality - unique items - such as 100% cashmere sweaters and high qualit men's shirts, that requires not only detail in design but quality management through the entire production process.

In addition, we have established a design shop and a sample - prototype production factory for woven and knit fashions as our clients outsource more design work and require faster turnaround to test the products in their respective markets before high volume production.
The company was founded by Ms. Minavvir Baoerhan who has a strong background in fashion design, production and distribution from her years in her family business.
